Room service was prompt and cleaning service was good too. The hotel was located near a park which made for a nice walk. the hotel was close to main roads, which provided easy access to transportation.
We could hear every car and person outside late into the night. , the hotel was located in a neighborhood that felt unsafe and uncomfortable.

Spent New Year's here and had a blast! the staff was super friendly and accommodating. the rooftop pool had amazing views of the surrounding area, and the lobby always smelled great - it was like walking into a spa! Plus, the hotel was only a short walk from some great restaurants and bars, which made celebrating the new year a breeze.
